The "Blau" bottling is 100% Blaufrnkisch from 15 to 45 year old vines in Unterpetersdorf, farmed organically on clay and basalt soils. Native yeast, no fining, minimal sulfur, used 15003000L casks from a local cooper. It comes in a full liter because it's meant to be opened on a Tuesday, poured generously, and finished. Juicy
